The Miasteczko Wilanów was designed as a modern residential area, very well connected with the city centre. Neatly arranged urban space, modern building development, many commercial facilities and green recreational areas make it a comfortable place to live. It takes approx. 25-35 minutes to get to the centre of Warsaw, and 15-25 minutes to get to offices near Galeria Mokotów. Within a 500-metre radius from future housing estate there is a public school and a kindergarten. There are also numerous private institutions in the neighbourhood, including international ones, such as the British Primary School of Wilanow and the German Willy-Brandt-Schule Warschau.
